Delivery Information BuyFootballWear ship to every country in the world, with varying delivery times. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (or Special Delivery if your order is urgent or over £100 in value). All orders require a signature and will be taken to your local sorting office, should you miss the delivery. International orders are shipped via Parcel force Worldwide, a fast, cheap and efficient international shipping method. FedEx and DHL shipments are available on request, please contact us for further details. |

Delivery Times Delivery times are going to vary from product to product, so if you need to know an exact delivery time for a particular product, just drop us a quick email before ordering and we’ll be able to advise you on a time. However, we keep the majority of items in stock in the UK, which means we are able to ship your order the following day. Delivery time for stock items is generally 2-3 days, assuming no printing is needed. It is even possible to dispatch stock items ordered before 12pm on the same day as your order, if your order is urgent. Due to the huge demand, it is necessary for us to stock some shirts at our overseas suppliers. We should stress that the majority of our shirts are in stock and it is only for the more obscure shirts and at times of temporary stock shortages, that this will be required. If your order is urgent, check with us first and we’ll confirm stock availability. As a guide, for non-stock items, we advise the following delivery times. |

Printed Shirts We are happy to customize your shirt with official name and numbers. As shirt printing has to be specially ordered to your requirements, please allow 10-14 days for the delivery of a printed shirt. Of course, if you have an urgent deadline, you should contact us because it may be possible to fulfill your item from stock. We do receive deliveries of shirt printing every 2-3 days, and we print the shirts on a first come first serve basis. It is important to note, that under the Distance Selling regulations, printed shirts cannot be cancelled or exchanged under any circumstances, unless the fault is that of BuyFootballWear. BuyFootballWear will accept liability for faulty merchandise or incorrectly printed shirts. Although 99% of orders are completed within the stated period, please allow up to 30 days for delivery in exceptional circumstances. |

Cancellations BuyFootballWear will accept cancellations of orders with the following exclusions. Printed shirts (custom or player names), retro items or specially ordered shirts (ie. shirts not offered on the website which we agree to specially order for you) cannot be cancelled. For normal orders, we are happy to accept cancellations, and the payment will be returned to you by the method you paid BuyFootballWear, within 30 days. |

Returns BuyFootballWear will accept responsibility for any faulty or incorrect products that we ship, including incorrect sizes. We will replace these items free of charge, or refund if preferred, on receipt of the returned goods. BuyFootballWear will cover the return delivery fee of incorrectly shipped goods, up to the value of Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for any goods not shipped via a recorded service. We will not accept the return of goods returned without tags or original packaging (except where items are deemed to be faulty). Please inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the customisation of products, ie. the addition of name and numbering to a shirt negates your right to return the item. However, in either case, if the goods are found to be faulty, BuyFootballWear will accept liability. To facilitate the processing of your order, please include a note with your order number to allow us to easily identify the return. |
